Staying up late as a kid to watch Carrie Strugg (sp?) stick the landing on a broken foot.
October 17-20, 2004. Games 4-7 of the ALCS. Watched all 4 in crowded sports bars in SF. The nation was stong in SF that week. Dave Roberts are you kidding me!?
Also, October 17, 1989. Not so much for the game (especially since it wasn't played), but more for the earthquake and everything that surrounded that.
